Slipky is operated by Mazacode LTDA, CNPJ 45.655.559/0001-98, Florianópolis/SC, Brazil ("we"). These terms apply to this website and to the Slipky application.

Early access

Slipky is offered in early access through a conversation with the founder. Features, plan contents and prices can change before general availability. We will agree the scope that applies to you before you pay.

The service

Slipky connects to advertising accounts you own or are authorised to manage, reads campaign data, helps you write ad copy and records which campaign a payment is credited to. Some platform actions are not available on every platform, as the platforms page states.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to connect the accounts you connect, and to send customer data you pass to the ad platforms.
  • You review ad copy before using it, and you are responsible for the ads you run and their compliance with platform and advertising rules.
  • You keep your sign-in and API keys secure.

No guarantee of results

Slipky reports data from third-party services and applies stated rules to it. We do not promise any advertising, revenue or return outcome. The quality score on ad copy is an estimate by an AI model.

Third-party services

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Stripe are independent services with their own terms. Slipky is not made, endorsed or approved by them, and their availability or policy changes can affect what Slipky can do.

Fees

List prices are shown on the home page and are in US dollars per month unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or the rules of a connected platform.

Governing law and courts

Brazilian law applies, and the courts of Florianópolis/SC have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
